Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Time
Estimated delivery time is 7–21 business days from the date of shipment. Delivery times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, and shipping destination. All orders are carefully sourced and fulfilled to ensure quality.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation with a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping notification.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error is on our end.
Shipping Destination
At this time, CoveBlanks only ships within the United States. International shipping is not available.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. CoveBlanks is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, CoveBlanks is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package shows as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number to file a claim.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at coveblanks@gmail.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging. Claims submitted after 48 hours will not be accepted. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Shipping Delays
CoveBlanks is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carrier issues, weather, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to keep you informed.
